The Royal Government of Bhutan, with support from the Government of India (GoI), is implementing the project titled “Accelerating e-Mobility Uptake in Bhutan.” Under this project, the Department of Surface Transport (DoST) under the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport (MoIT) will undertake the Procurement of 45 Electric Buses, Charging Machines, and Related Services.
Accordingly, eligible Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) are invited to submit their bids in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in the bidding documents, which are available on the Ministry’s website at www.moit.gov.bt.
Bids must be submitted on or before 1200 hours (Bhutan Standard Time) on 14th November 2025 to the Transport Planning and Development Division, Department of Surface Transport, Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport, Thimphu.
