Royal Government of Bhutan has received financial assistance in the form of Credit and Grant from the World Bank towards the cost of the proposed Accelerating Transport and Trade Connectivity in Eastern South Asia (ACCESS)-Bhutan Project, to be implemented partly by the Department of Surface Transport (DoST), Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport (MoIT), and intends to apply a part of the proceeds of this financing for “Selection of Consultant for Multimodal Transport and Trade Logistics Assessment, Formulation of Masterplan(s) and Supporting Capacity Development”
Therefore, eligible and interested Consulting Firms are invited to submit Expression of Interest (EoI) as per the Terms and Reference (ToR) uploaded in the website of Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport at www.moit.gov.bt. The Expression of Interest needs to be submitted latest by 1400 hours (Bhutan Time) (GMT + 6 hours) on December 19, 2025 to Chief Program Officer, Transport Planning and Development Division, DoST, MoIT at unorbu@moit.gov.bt.
