Awarded Trashi Khadahr to the newly appointed Chiefs

Three new Chief at P1M Positions appointed.

18 July 2025: The Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport (MoIT) is pleased to announce the appointment of three new officials to Chief positions at P1M level across various Departments and Authorities. Hon’ble Lyonpo, Dasho Secretary, and Members of the Ministry’s Human Resource Committee (MHRC) awarded Trashi Khadhar to the newly appointed Chiefs in a simple ceremony.

1. Mr. Ugyen Dorji, 200505035 has been appointed as the Chief Program Officer, Transport Regulatory Division, Bhutan Construction & Transport Authority (BCTA). He previously served as the Dzongrab of the Dzongkhag Administration, Dagana.
2. Mrs. Kuenzang Lhamo, 201001027 has been appointed as the Chief Airport Manager, Airport Management Division, Department of Air Transport (DoAT). She previously served as the Deputy Chief Human Resource Officer, Phuntsholing Thromde.
3. Mr. Koncho Tempel, 201201101 has been appointed as the Chief Engineer, Regional Office, Trongsa, Department of Surface Transport (DoST) . He previously served as the Executive Engineer under the Construction Division, DoST.
