Interested in-service civil servants within the same superstructure who meet the eligibility criteria may submit the application along with the following documents to the HR Division at hrd@moit.gov.bt  latest by 8th October, 2025. For eligibility criteria, please refer to section 11.7.3 of the Bhutan Civil Service Rules and Regulations 2023 available on RCSC’s website (www.rcsc.gov.bt).

  4. ZESt generated Curriculum Vitae
  5. Certificate of completion for Leadership Development Program (LDP)
  6. No Objection Certificate endorsed by the Working and Parent Agency’s HRC (applicants outside MoIT)
  7. Certificate of completion of e-learning course on Ethics and Integrity administered by Anti-Corruption Commission (both level 1 & level 2).

Note:

  • The applicants must have leadership potential & Situational judgement test results administered by the RCSC.
  • The applicants should have a minimum of ‘Very Good’ for both performance and potential assessment for either FY 2023-2024 or FY 2024-2025.
  • The placement of the selected candidates shall be based on merit ranking.
