A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on Air Services Agreement was signed on 19 August 2025 between the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport, Royal Government of Bhutan and the Civil Aviation Authority, Ministry of Construction, The Government of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam in the presence of His Majesty The King of Bhutan and the President of Viet Nam.
The objective of the MoU is to promote aeronautical relations in a spirit of cooperation and understanding for the benefit of both countries.
